Who will greet you

Hours

Phone and at-need response: 24 hours a day, every day of the year. Our care team answers every call, not an answering service.

Office appointments (in-person arrangement conferences): Monday–Friday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Saturday 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., by appointment. Sunday appointments available on request. We prefer to schedule so we can give every family our full attention.

Getting here

From the North (Plano, Frisco, Allen, McKinney, Richardson)

Take US-75 S (Central Expressway) south to the LBJ Freeway / I-635 exit. Take I-635 East one exit to the Greenville Avenue exit. Turn right (south) on Greenville Avenue. Our building is approximately a quarter mile on the right at 12101 Greenville Ave.

From the South (Downtown Dallas, Fort Worth, Arlington)

Take US-75 N (Central Expressway) north to the Royal Lane exit. Turn right onto Royal Lane, then left onto Greenville Avenue. Continue north approximately one mile; our building is on the left at 12101 Greenville Ave., just south of LBJ Freeway.

From the East (Garland, Sachse, Rockwall, Mesquite)

Take I-635 (LBJ Freeway) west to the Greenville Avenue exit. Turn left (south) on Greenville Avenue. Our building is approximately a quarter mile on the right.

From the West (Irving, Carrollton, Farmers Branch, Las Colinas)

Take I-635 (LBJ Freeway) east to the Greenville Avenue exit. Turn right (south) on Greenville Avenue. Our building is a quarter mile on the right.

Parking

Free parking in the building's adjacent surface lot. ADA-accessible spaces near the main entrance. Additional overflow parking is available on side streets immediately east of Greenville Avenue.

Public transit

DART Red & Blue Lines: Walnut Hill / SMU Station and LBJ / Skillman Station are the closest rail stops, each a short rideshare or DART On-Demand ride from our office. Plan approximately 45–55 minutes by transit from Downtown Dallas.

DART Bus: Route 24 (Greenville Avenue) stops within walking distance of our entrance. Routes 366 and 410 also serve the LBJ corridor.

Rideshare: Uber and Lyft both serve the area; drop-off at our entrance on Greenville Avenue.
