Driving routes from Plano

From Downtown Plano / Historic Downtown

Typical drive time is about 20-25 minutes outside rush hour. From Plano's historic downtown area, take US-75 (Central Expressway) south for approximately 15 miles. You will pass Richardson and the University of Texas at Dallas exits along the way. Watch for the LBJ Freeway (I-635) interchange, then take LBJ Freeway east one exit to the Greenville Avenue exit. Turn south on Greenville Avenue for a short drive to 12101 Greenville Ave. #118, on the west side of the street in a shopping-center strip.

From Legacy West / West Plano

From Legacy West, the Shops at Legacy, or the corporate offices along the Dallas North Tollway, take the Tollway south to President George Bush Turnpike (PGBT) east. Continue on PGBT to US-75, then head south on US-75 to the LBJ Freeway (I-635) exit. Take I-635 east one exit to Greenville Avenue. Total drive typically runs 25-30 minutes outside peak hours.

From East Plano / near the Frisco border

From East Plano neighborhoods along Los Rios Boulevard, or from north Plano near the Frisco border, take Preston Road, Coit Road, or Custer Road south to Renner Road, then east to US-75. Head south on US-75 to LBJ Freeway east, then take the Greenville Avenue exit. Budget 25-35 minutes depending on starting point.

Once you're close

After exiting LBJ Freeway at Greenville Avenue, look for the string of shopping-center strips on either side of the street. Our office sits on the west side of Greenville Avenue a short distance north of the freeway. The storefront faces the parking lot directly, and Suite #118 is marked on the door and front window.

Parking and arrival

The office is located in a shopping-center strip on Greenville Avenue, just south of the LBJ Freeway service road in northeast Dallas. There is free surface parking in the lot directly in front of the storefront, with ADA-accessible spaces near the ground-floor entrance. Suite #118 is clearly marked on the storefront window — no stairs, no elevator required, and no parking fee.

Families driving down from Plano often prefer to arrive a few minutes early to walk in without hurry. If you have accessibility needs or expect a large group, please mention it when you call so we can hold the closest spaces for you.

Alternate routes if traffic is heavy

US-75 south through Richardson can slow during weekday morning rush. If US-75 is congested, one option is to take the Dallas North Tollway south to LBJ Freeway east — this often runs faster during morning peaks. If LBJ Freeway east is congested near the US-75 interchange, exit US-75 at Royal Lane instead and take Greenville Avenue south for about a mile. Live navigation apps typically route around the worst of the congestion in real time.

Public transit

DART's Red Line runs directly from Plano south into Dallas. From Parker Road Station or Downtown Plano Station, take the Red Line south to Forest Lane Station, roughly 1.5 miles from the office. From Forest Lane Station, DART Bus Routes 88 and 411 serve Greenville Avenue and stop within walking distance of the office. Transit riders from downtown Plano should plan about 55-70 minutes door-to-door.

Downtown Plano: about 20 minutes. Legacy West or Willow Bend: about 22-28 minutes. West Plano near Preston Road: about 25 minutes. East Plano near Los Rios Boulevard: about 20-25 minutes. North Plano near the Frisco border: about 25-30 minutes. Add 10-20 minutes during weekday morning or evening rush.
