Driving routes from Frisco
From Frisco Square / Downtown Frisco
Typical drive time is about 25-30 minutes outside rush hour. From Frisco Square or the downtown Frisco area, take the Dallas North Tollway south approximately 15 miles. Continue past the President George Bush Turnpike (PGBT) interchange to the LBJ Freeway (I-635) exit. Take I-635 East for a few miles, then take the Greenville Avenue exit. Turn south on Greenville Avenue for a short drive to 12101 Greenville Ave. #118, on the west side of the street in a shopping-center strip.
From Stonebriar / West Frisco
From the Stonebriar Centre area or west Frisco neighborhoods along the Tollway, take the Dallas North Tollway south. Merging onto the Tollway from Main Street or Warren Parkway is typically the fastest option. Follow the Tollway south to LBJ Freeway east, then take the Greenville Avenue exit. Drive time from Stonebriar is typically 25-30 minutes outside peak hours.
From East Frisco via US-75
An alternate route takes US-380 (University Drive) east to US-75 (Central Expressway), then south on US-75 for approximately 12 miles to the LBJ Freeway (I-635) exit. Head east one exit to Greenville Avenue. This route can be preferable if the Dallas North Tollway is congested, and typically adds only a few minutes to the total drive.

Once you're close
After exiting LBJ Freeway at Greenville Avenue, look for the shopping-center strips lining both sides of the street. Our office sits on the west side of Greenville Avenue a short distance north of the freeway. The storefront faces the parking lot directly, and Suite #118 is marked on the door and front window.
Parking and arrival
The office is located in a shopping-center strip on Greenville Avenue, in northeast Dallas just north of the LBJ Freeway / US-75 interchange. There is free surface parking in the lot directly in front of the storefront, with ADA-accessible spaces near the ground-floor entrance. Suite #118 is clearly marked on the storefront window — no stairs, no elevator required, and no parking fee.
Families driving down from Frisco often set aside time before the appointment to walk in without hurry. If you have accessibility needs or expect a large group, please mention it when you call so we can hold the closest spaces for you.
Alternate routes if traffic is heavy
The Dallas North Tollway can back up during weekday morning and evening commutes, particularly between Sam Rayburn Tollway and Interstate 635. If the Tollway is slow, US-75 south is typically a good alternate — take Sam Rayburn Tollway (SH-121) east to US-75, then south. If LBJ Freeway east is congested near the US-75 interchange, exit US-75 at Royal Lane instead and take Greenville Avenue south for about a mile.
Public transit
There is no direct commuter rail from Frisco to Dallas. Frisco is served by DCTA (Denton County Transportation Authority) connector service, but the fastest transit option involves driving south to a DART Red Line station in Plano — Parker Road Station or Downtown Plano Station — then taking the Red Line south to Forest Lane Station, roughly 1.5 miles from the office. From Forest Lane Station, DART Bus Routes 88 and 411 serve Greenville Avenue and stop within walking distance of the office. For most families, driving or rideshare is meaningfully faster.
