Driving routes from McKinney

From Downtown McKinney / Historic Square

Typical drive time is about 35-40 minutes outside rush hour, or 50-60 minutes during weekday peaks. From McKinney's historic downtown square, take US-75 (Central Expressway) south for approximately 30 miles. You will pass Allen, Plano, and Richardson before reaching the LBJ Freeway (I-635) interchange. Take LBJ Freeway east one exit to the Greenville Avenue exit. Turn south on Greenville Avenue for a short drive to 12101 Greenville Ave. #118, on the west side of the street in a shopping-center strip.

From Stonebridge Ranch / West McKinney

From Stonebridge Ranch or west McKinney neighborhoods, take Virginia Parkway or Custer Road east to US-75, then head south. An alternate route takes Sam Rayburn Tollway (SH-121) east briefly to US-75 south. Total drive time is typically 35-45 minutes outside peak hours.

From Craig Ranch / Adriatica / South McKinney

From Craig Ranch, Adriatica Village, or south McKinney, take US-75 south directly. Drive time from Craig Ranch is typically 30-40 minutes outside peak hours. From Adriatica, take SH-121 briefly to US-75 south, then continue as above.

Once you're close

After a long stretch on US-75 south, the LBJ Freeway interchange is unmistakable. Take LBJ east one exit to Greenville Avenue. Once you turn south on Greenville, look for the shopping-center strips lining both sides of the street. Our office sits on the west side of Greenville Avenue a short distance north of the freeway, with Suite #118 marked on the door and front window.

Parking and arrival

The office is located in a shopping-center strip on Greenville Avenue, north of LBJ Freeway in northeast Dallas. There is free surface parking in the lot directly in front of the storefront, with ADA-accessible spaces near the ground-floor entrance. Suite #118 is clearly marked on the storefront window — no stairs, no elevator required, and no parking fee.

Given the drive from McKinney, families often prefer to combine the arrangement visit with related errands closer to Dallas. If you have accessibility needs or expect a large group, please mention it when you call so we can hold the closest spaces for you.

Alternate routes if traffic is heavy

US-75 south from McKinney can back up during weekday morning commute, particularly through Allen and Plano. If US-75 is congested, one option is to take Sam Rayburn Tollway (SH-121) west to the Dallas North Tollway, then head south on the Tollway to LBJ Freeway east. This adds a few miles but often runs faster during morning peaks. If LBJ Freeway east is congested near the US-75 interchange, exit US-75 at Royal Lane instead and take Greenville Avenue south for about a mile.

Public transit

DART's Red Line does not extend to McKinney. The most practical transit option involves driving south to a DART Red Line station — Parker Road Station in Plano is the closest to McKinney. From there, take the Red Line south to Forest Lane Station, roughly 1.5 miles from the office. From Forest Lane Station, DART Bus Routes 88 and 411 serve Greenville Avenue and stop within walking distance of the office. DCTA also offers connector service from McKinney to Plano; contact DCTA for current schedules. For most families driving from McKinney, driving or rideshare is meaningfully faster.
