Vargas-London was started by two friends — Carlos Vargas and Reggie London — who share a passion for funeral service and decided to open the kind of funeral home they would want for their own families. Carlos is the CEO and the firm’s Texas Licensed Funeral Director. Reggie is the COO. No corporate parent, no call center, no boilerplate.

Carlos personally signs off on every service Vargas-London performs — he holds the Texas Funeral Service Commission license that lets us operate. His philosophy is straightforward: every family receives the same care, the same honesty, and the same respect, regardless of budget or service selected. Reggie and Carlos started Vargas-London together. Reggie shares Carlos’s passion for the funeral profession and brings the operational and systems expertise that lets a transparent, family-first funeral home actually work as a business. He leads day-to-day operations and the technology behind our published price list, online arrangement platform, and 24/7 care team. He is the principal author of our DFW funeral pricing study, our Funeral Rule consumer guide, and our funeral-insurance vs. savings analysis. If our arrangements move faster, our communication is clearer, and our pricing stays honest, Reggie is the reason.

“It is my privilege to welcome and support every family who comes through our doors.” Marina is often the first voice a family hears when they call, and she coordinates every arrangement conference from initial inquiry through the day of service. Families remember her for warmth, quiet problem-solving, and the kind of care that comes from someone who truly loves this work.
