Carlos Vargas — CEO, Co-Founder, Texas Licensed Funeral Director
Carlos Vargas is the CEO and co-founder of Vargas-London and the firm’s Texas Licensed Funeral Director. He carries the TFSC license and personally signs off on every service the firm provides. Carlos and Reggie started Vargas-London together out of a shared passion for the funeral profession and a shared conviction that transparent pricing and unhurried care should be the standard. His philosophy is straightforward: every family receives the same care, the same honesty, and the same respect — regardless of budget or service selected. Carlos is available for interviews in English and Spanish on matters of Texas funeral law, cremation practice, and pricing transparency.
Reggie London — Chief Operating Officer, Co-Founder
Reggie London is the COO and co-founder of Vargas-London. He and Carlos started the firm together out of a shared passion for the funeral profession. Reggie’s specialty is operations, systems, and the economics of running a transparent funeral home. He leads day-to-day operations and the technology behind the firm’s published price list, online arrangement platform, and 24/7 care team. Reggie speaks on funeral-industry operations, the economics of transparent pricing, and the gap between what families are told and what the Funeral Rule actually requires.
