Driving routes from Dallas
From Downtown Dallas
Typical drive time is about 20-25 minutes outside rush hour, or 30-40 minutes during weekday peaks. From downtown Dallas, head north on US-75 (Central Expressway) for approximately 10 miles. You will pass Uptown, the SMU area near Mockingbird Lane, and NorthPark Center near Northwest Highway. Continue north on US-75 to the LBJ Freeway (I-635) interchange, then take I-635 East for one exit and exit at Greenville Avenue. Turn south on Greenville Avenue for a short drive to 12101 Greenville Ave. #118, on the west side of the street in a shopping-center strip.
From Love Field / Northwest Dallas
From Love Field, take Mockingbird Lane east to US-75 (Central Expressway), then head north approximately 9 miles to the LBJ Freeway (I-635) interchange. From Northwest Dallas neighborhoods along Northwest Highway or Walnut Hill Lane, US-75 north is typically the most direct connection to LBJ Freeway east, then the Greenville Avenue exit. Drive time from Love Field is typically 20-25 minutes.
From Oak Cliff / South Dallas
From Oak Cliff, Bishop Arts, or south Dallas neighborhoods, take I-35E north through downtown, then merge to US-75 (Central Expressway) north at the downtown interchange. Once you're close
Greenville Avenue north of LBJ Freeway runs through a commercial corridor with several shopping centers along both sides of the street. Our office sits on the west side of Greenville Avenue, a short distance north of the LBJ Freeway service road. The storefront faces the parking lot directly, and Suite #118 is marked on the door and front window.
Parking and arrival
The office is located in a shopping-center strip on Greenville Avenue, north of LBJ Freeway and east of US-75. There is free surface parking in the lot directly in front of the storefront, with ADA-accessible spaces near the ground-floor entrance. Suite #118 is clearly marked on the storefront window — no stairs, no elevator required, and no parking fee.
Families arriving for an arrangement conference can pull directly into the lot; there is no valet. If you have accessibility needs or expect a large group, please mention it when you call so we can hold the closest spaces for you.
Alternate routes if traffic is heavy
If I-635 is congested near the US-75 interchange, exit US-75 at Royal Lane instead and take Greenville Avenue south for about a mile — this bypasses the LBJ / US-75 interchange entirely. From points in East Dallas or Lakewood, Skillman Street north often runs faster than routing through downtown; Skillman feeds toward Greenville Avenue north of Northwest Highway. During weekday afternoon rush, Central Expressway service roads can also be a useful bypass between Northwest Highway and LBJ Freeway.
Public transit
DART's Red Line stops at Forest Lane Station, roughly 1.5 miles from the office. From Forest Lane Station, DART Bus Routes 88 and 411 serve Greenville Avenue and stop within walking distance of the office. Transit riders from downtown Dallas should plan 45-55 minutes door-to-door depending on connections. Rideshare from downtown Dallas typically runs 15-25 minutes outside peak hours.
