Honest prices, posted up front
No bait-and-switch. No high-pressure upsells. The same itemized price list every family receives at our arrangement conference, posted online — as required by the FTC Funeral Rule (16 C.F.R. Part 453).
Our published General Price List lives at /pricing.html. Specific prices, package contents, and availability are confirmed in writing at the arrangement conference, before any decision is made. A printed copy is also available at the funeral home on request.
Pricing effective 2026 — what's included, what's billed separately
Prices on this site are effective for 2026 and subject to change. Our packages include the funeral home's professional service fee, transfer of remains, sheltering, arrangement conference, coordination with the state and county, and either the cremation itself or the burial coordination, depending on the option selected.
These items are billed separately from published package prices:
- Cemetery fees — grave space, opening/closing, marker/monument, perpetual care. Set by the cemetery, not by us.
- Death certificates — we order at cost; typically $21 each in Texas.
- Flowers — family selection, quoted separately per florist arrangement.
- Casket upgrades — upgrades beyond the package-included casket or urn.
- Additional services — church use fees, clergy honoraria, musicians, printed programs beyond the standard package quantity, catering for the repast.
- Cash advance items — permits, obituary placements in publications, additional certified copies of records.
Every item that will appear on your final statement is disclosed and initialed in writing at the arrangement conference. Nothing is added afterward without your written approval.

- In printed form at the funeral home — the FTC Funeral Rule requires funeral providers to give you the GPL when you inquire in person about arrangements or prices. We provide it before we begin any discussion of specific packages.

Consumer rights under the FTC Funeral Rule
Every family the funeral profession serves has specific rights under the FTC Funeral Rule (16 C.F.R. Part 453). If you believe those rights have been violated by any funeral provider — including us — you may file a complaint with the FTC or with the Texas Funeral Service Commission at (888) 667-4881 or tfsc.texas.gov.
