How quickly can someone reach my home in The Trails after I call?
A licensed team member answers every call in person, day or night. From our Dallas care center, a transfer vehicle typically arrives in The Trails within 40-55 minutes of the initial call, depending on traffic on US-75 and SH-121. If your loved one is at Texas Health Frisco or Baylor Scott & White Frisco, we can meet the family at the hospital instead.
Which cemetery do most Trails families choose?
There is no single answer — many Trails families choose Frisco Cemetery on Main Street for its proximity and long history in the community, while others choose Ridgeview Memorial Park in Plano when they already hold family plots there. We coordinate directly with the cemetery office of your choice; you do not need to make separate arrangements.
Can you coordinate a service at our home church rather than a chapel?
Yes. We regularly coordinate services at Stonebriar Community Church, Saint Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, and other Frisco congregations. If your family attends a church we have not worked with before, we will contact the church office on your behalf to confirm calendar, clergy availability, and any facility requirements.
